Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns within Egypt (According to Egyptian Law)

We comply with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, which grants you the right to return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving them, excluding perishable goods such as coffee and other food products.

2. Coffee Return Acceptance Cases

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
  • If the product is not as described or different from the order.

3. Return Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The coffee package must be unopened and in its original condition.
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any coffee or food product that has been opened or used.
  • Products that have expired due to improper storage by the customer.
  • Items sold as "final sale" or with special discounts marked as non-returnable.

5. How to Return

  2. We will arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping address.
  3. After inspection and confirmation of the issue, the product will be replaced or refunded within 14 business days.

Note: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer except when the return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, or mis-description).
